Maria Parmo was born in Cordoba, Argentina. In 1983 she started to paint as self-taught artist until 1991. It was that year when she entered to the Art School of Universidad Nacional de Cordoba and got her B.A. degree in 1997. Since 1995 she had exhibited in Argentina as well as internationally. Her works are in private collections of Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Paraguay, U.S., Spain, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Yugoslavia and Poland.
